HOW TO PREVIEW THE AUCTION
We welcome and encourage all prospective buyers to preview our auctions. Items may be previewed the week before the auction by appointment or during our regular business hours Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm. If you have questions about a specific item that you’re unable to see in person, please give us a call at 517-499-6408.
BUYING ONLINE
Bids may be placed online via this website. Registering to bid will allow you to place bids in real time, or by submitting absentee bids. Live bidding will take place at the time indicated on the auction catalog and will be directed live by the auctioneer. Your chances of winning are three times greater if you place bids live during the auction. If you plan to bid online, please register for the auction in advance. Our team strives to approve registrations within 24 hours.
BUYING IN PERSON
Unless otherwise advertised as online only, most of our auctions allow bidders to place bids in house. No advanced registration is required. Simply show up for the scheduled auction, and register for a bidder number at the registration desk.
ABSENTEE BIDDING
You can place absentee bids online or over the phone in advance of the auction. Absentee bids are accepted online via this website. Simply submit your max bid before the live auction begins, and the bidding system will ensure you get the best prices. Your bid will stay at the lowest minimum amount required to keep you in the lead, and increases only if another bidder places a competing bid up to your max bid. Live phone bidding also accepted at a flat buyers premium rate of 15%.
