Original 1909 Coca-Cola oval tin advertising tip tray featuring the classic ?Drink Coca-Cola? script and a beautifully illustrated portrait of a young woman holding a glass of Coca-Cola while seated at a table overlooking an evening waterfront city scene illuminated with lights and gondolas. The tray displays a decorative border accented with coffee bean motifs and ornate scrollwork typical of early Coca-Cola lithographed advertising pieces. This example retains strong color and fine detail and is marked within the design for The Coca-Cola Company, dating to the early period of the brand?s national advertising campaign. The tray is attractively framed for display and shows light surface wear consistent with age while presenting very well, making it a desirable early Coca-Cola soda fountain advertising collectible from the first decade of the 20th century.
