Vintage 1960s Lucite box purse featuring a carved clear Lucite lid with geometric starburst style faceting and floral engraving, mounted on a gray marbleized Lucite body. The purse is fitted with rigid Lucite top handles and a translucent amber Lucite clasp closure typical of mid-century acrylic handbags. Interior is open with molded Lucite sides and brass hinge hardware, with faint maker’s mark visible along the hinge. Measures approximately 7 inches wide by 5.5 inches tall with a 3.5 inch depth. A classic mid-century modern handbag showcasing the sculptural acrylic designs popular in American fashion during the 1950s–1960s.
