Description
Offered here is a striking brilliant cut crystal water pitcher mounted in a sterling silver base. The pitcher features finely executed deep cut decoration including floral and geometric motifs, crosshatching, and starburst elements, all displaying excellent clarity and light refraction. The sweeping applied handle and flared spout give the piece elegant movement and classic early 20th century form. The base is marked sterling and provides both stability and visual contrast to the brilliance of the crystal above. The silver shows honest age-appropriate patina consistent with use, enhancing its character without distracting from display. Measures approximately 5.5” diameter at the base and 11.5” tall as noted. Condition: Crystal presents well with sharp cutting and no obvious large chips observed in the images. Minor surface wear consistent with age may be present. Sterling base shows typical light surface wear and tarnish.
