Description
Collection of five vintage brass hand bells with turned wood handles including several classroom or teacher’s bells used historically in schools, shops, and service counters to signal attention. The group includes multiple sizes and handle styles, one example marked “Cast Steel Foundry” with decorative shell motif and rectangular iron handle, along with four traditional wood-handled brass bells of varying proportions. Bells measure approximately 3.75 inches tall by 4 inches across up to about 5.75 inches tall by 10 inches across. Estate condition showing age-appropriate patina, wear, oxidation, and surface marks consistent with use. A nice grouping of functional and decorative bells suitable for display or collection.
