Description
Group of thirteen vintage fountain pens dating primarily to the early to mid 20th century including several marbled and mottled celluloid examples in black, yellow, blue, and green patterns along with black hard rubber style pens and lever fill bodies typical of period writing instruments. The group includes several pens retaining their original nibs and internal mechanisms with examples bearing visible maker marks including Waterman. Pens display a variety of decorative barrel patterns including cracked ice and marbled celluloid finishes popular during the 1930s–1940s. Estate condition with visible wear including surface scratches, oxidation, and possible non-functioning or incomplete components. Pens measure approximately 4.5 inches to approximately 5.5 inches in length.
