Elegant Art Nouveau sterling silver vanity set by F&B (Foster & Bailey), consisting of a hand mirror and matching hair brush, both featuring flowing floral and foliate decoration with a central engraved monogram “E.” The mirror measures approximately 11 x 7.5 inches while the brush measures about 3.9 x 3.5 inches, with a combined weight of approximately 578 grams as noted on the tag. Both pieces are marked F&B Sterling with pattern numbers 2981 and 2978 respectively along the edges of the mounts. The set displays classic late Victorian to early 20th century Art Nouveau styling with organic botanical motifs and gracefully curved handles, typical of high-quality American vanity accessories of the period. Condition shows expected age-related wear including tarnish, surface marks, and some mirror silvering loss, while the brush retains its original bristles.
