Description
Art Deco German porcelain figural sculpture depicting an elegant dancing lady with flowing dress dramatically extended in both hands, raised arms, and black high heels, mounted on a round pedestal base. The figure displays classic 1920s–1930s Art Deco styling with elongated form, stylized hair, and sweeping motion in the drapery. Underside bears the green Katzhütte porcelain factory mark along with model number 744, identifying production by the well known Thüringen, Germany porcelain manufacturer. Measures approximately 11.5 inches tall by about 7.5 inches wide. Condition shows typical light age wear including minor base grime and small glaze imperfections but no obvious major damage observed. A striking decorative Art Deco porcelain figure representing the graceful movement and fashionable aesthetic of the interwar period.
