Description
Lot features some incredible original 4.5" x 3" from the Ralph Finneran collection. These we believe to be from Texas League Spring Training circa 1928. Notice all the players Bill Sweeney, "Wish" Egan, Owen Carroll, Carl Hubbell/Sorrell, Moriarty, New Conway & J Duggan, Finneran himself in multiple shots along with Utley. All lots from 379-404 came from the Ralph "Happy" Finneran personal collection. Happy as he was known has a prominent local Ford salesmen who was invited personally by Frank Navin to train with the Tigers in the 20s.
