Description
Lot features 3 original photographs from the Ralph Finneran Scrapbook. The individual Detroit Tigers team photograph measures 8.5" x 6.25" and features a very young Hank Greenberg Second row from the top, second in from the left. Appears trimmed from a larger photo. The reverse features some sort of racing photographs with Finneran shown on the bottom photo (third in from the left) Notice the lincoln badge on the car and the racing gear on the drivers. Plate is dated 1923 Indiana 9-009. . All lots from 379-404 came from the Ralph "Happy" Finneran personal collection. Happy as he was known has a prominent local Ford salesmen who was invited personally by Frank Navin to train with the Tigers in the 20s.
