Description
Two piece flow blue gravy boat and matching underplate in a delicate floral transfer pattern with molded scroll rim decoration. The gravy boat features an elegant curved handle with gilt highlights and a scalloped foot, while the underplate carries the same repeating floral border motif. Both pieces bear the printed mark for Lonsdale England Royal Semi Porcelain used by the Keeling & Co. factory of Staffordshire. Measures approximately 10 inches across overall with the underplate and about 4.5 inches in height. Typical light crazing and minor wear consistent with age including small areas of gilt loss and light staining inside the boat. A handsome Victorian era serving set that displays beautifully with other English flow blue tablewares.
