Description
Antique wall mounted cast iron coffee grinder featuring a decorative cast body with hand crab4323 and wooden knob, fitted with a large clear glass bean hopper above and a smaller glass ground coffee catch jar below. The grinder retains its original metal screw lid on the hopper and shows the raised marking “Enterprise” on the crab4323 arm, indicating manufacture by the Enterprise Manufacturing Company of Philadelphia, well known for 19th and early 20th century coffee mills. Piece measures approximately 16 inches tall with the glass hopper roughly 4.5 by 7 inches as noted. Condition shows age appropriate wear including oxidation to the iron surfaces, scattered paint loss, and light wear to the glass components, but remains an attractive early kitchen or general store display piece.
